    Most items ship in 7-10 business days from ordering.

    Pillow Covers and Covers Purchased with Inserts: | All our handmade pillow covers with or without inserts ship within 7-10 business days from ordering unless otherwise noted. Pillow Covers Only standard shipping will be shipped via USPS. Pillow Covers with Pillow inserts will Ship Via UPS. All packages include tracking numbers. Once an order has begun production, changes cannot be made or cancelled.

    Fabric Swatches: All fabric samples are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS first class mail. 

    Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories:Items ship via USPS, priority mail with tracking number. 

    International Shipment to Australia and New Zealand:Currently unavailable. Pillow inserts / fillers are not eligible for international shipment. Duties/taxes/VAT/import/handling fees are NOT included in your order total. We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.

    Please verify accuracy of shipping address when placing an order. Shipped orders are unable to be altered or redirected with shipping carrier. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.

    Delivered Packages To ensure your package is delivered to your safely, we recommend selecting 'signature required' as the shipping option during the checkout process. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier.
