All of our handcrafted products are made to order specifically for you. After our team start working on your order we won’t be able to cancel it since the fabric is cut and ready to be sewn.
We work hard every day to create beautiful custom product for you. Since each pillow is custom-made and handcrafted by our professional team in our studio after you place an order we Do Not Offer Refunds, Returns or Exchanges.

Returns and exchange details
No refunds, exchanges or replacements are given due to color, size or style. If you have any doubt, please purchase swatch and please take accurate measurements.
No refunds or replacements are given if the Purchaser provides an incorrect address and the package is not received. If this happens, Seller will provide tracking information that verifies the package was shipped and attempted to be delivered.
No refunds or replacements are given if the shipment is delayed, damaged, lost or stolen due to no fault of the shipper. I insure my shipments and will do all I can to help with locating the lost shipment and cooperating with claim investigations. This includes if a shipment is delivered and damaged due to the weather or an animal-- We have no control over what happens to a shipment once it's been delivered---please leave clear instructions for your mail carrier or UPS/FedEx driver where to leave shipments.
